Professor's office hours are Wednesday 1:00-2:00 pm, or by appointment.
TA's office hours are Friday, noon-2, or send email.

Homework assignments will appear here.

Homeworks will be assigned on Fridays and be due the following Monday, by 12:00 PM, in the TA's mailbox.
Late homeworks will not be accepted without professor's permission in advance.

There will be one one-hour midterm and a three-hour final exam for the course.

Course grades will be calculated as follows: 50% homeworks, 20% midterm, 30% final exam.

* Students are, of course, encouraged to discuss class material, together, but homeworks must be completed, alone.

** Students are encouraged to stay home if they feel ill and think they might have the flu.
We will help to ensure that you make up for missed class time.
