Machine Shop Personnel

Steve Patterson, Steve PattersonManager:

Journeyman Machinist Steve offers his experience in fabricating, welding, and precision machining as well as knowledge of Autocad and Gibbscam. Materials often used are aluminum, steel and stainless steel, and other exotic metals.


Scott Spangler, Senior Machinist:Scott Spangler
 

Scott has been a machinist with Physics and Astronomy since 1985. Scott offers top skills in fabricating, welding, and precision machining.


Gabe Morris, Machinist:Gabe Morris
Gabe joined the Department of Physics and Astronomy in 2003.  He brings experience and expertise in Precision Machining and Computer Aided Machining (CAM) using Gibbscam.
