These are departmental printers available to the general public (except for finmgrprinter & deptofficelp in room 366, which are dedicated to departmental budget analysts and administrative assistants, and dept7750, a color printer which is not free, and which requires an account to use). Please don't abuse the printers, as printing expenses are high and may force the Computer Center to institute a very annoying per-page accounting and billing system.

Notes:

1. Xerox note We have an on-site maintenance contract with Xerox for some printers (noted above for each printer covered) running from 11/11/2010 to 11/10/2011 (Agreement #1867900-1). For service issues, the Computer Center will call Xerox Support: 1-800-835-6100 or (503) 682-7377 (Fax is (503) 682-2980). If an N2125 is making gear grinding noises when actively printing, then have the service technician replace the "exit assembly"
2. Toner recycling Cartridges can be sent to the campus recycling coordinator. The proceeds are given to the United Way campaign. Contact them at recycle@jhu.edu 410-516-5592 to request toner pick-up (hopefully when you have a collection of cartridges).
