Radius Stabilization and Brane-to-Brane Anomaly Mediation of SUSY
Breaking

Of known possible mechanisms of mediation of SUSY breaking, we will focus
on a special type of model-independent gravity-mediated mechanism whose
origin is traced to conformal anomaly. This is called Anomaly Mediated
SUSY breaking (AMSB). It might be fair to say that the successful AMSB
scenario is all about how to achieve enough sequestering (up to quantum level)
to suppress all types of flavor violating contributions.
In this ongoing project, we will discuss the prospects for robust AMSB
scenario using off-shell 5D superconformal gravity theory, having radius
modulus stabilized perturbatively.
