Z' Bosons On Peak, Off Peak, and Way Off
Peak

New neutral resonances are ubiquitous in extensions to
the Standard Model.
If a light Z' is discovered at the LHC, binning dilepton events
intelligently can tell us much about the couplings to Standard Model
particles. Quark times lepton couplings can be determined to
reasonable
precision using off-peak events in synergy with events on the resonance
peak. Future low-energy experiments may be able to break the
quark times
lepton degeneracy, and determine the couplings to all Standard Model
particles. Together, LHC and low-energy experiments can determine
the
high-energy theory for a large class of models.
