This talk discusses the search for the Standard Model Higgs in WW and ZZ channels with events containing two leptons and large missing energy. The searches were performed using the complete dataset recorded in 2011 in CMS, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.6 fb. No significant excess above Standard Model background expectations is observed, and upper limits on the Higgs boson production are derived. The Standard Model Higgs boson is excluded in the mass range [129 - 270] GeV at 95% C.L using the H->WW analysis. The exclusion range extends to [270-450] with the H->ZZ channels.
