Kuenley Chiu's Homepage

After graduating from JHU, I am now a postdoctoral research fellow at the California Institute of Technology -- Caltech.

My work and interests include:
-- discovery and characterization of rare high redshift quasars in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey and UKIDSS projects (which also oddly yields some of the coldest, faintest nearby brown dwarfs).
-- studying galaxy populations at high redshift (z~4,5,6, through B-,V-,I-dropouts), and their massive stellar populations
-- the relation of AGN to star formation processes/regulation, and stellar population evolution.
