Hi there, my name is Kevin France, and this is my webpage. I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Henry A. Rowland Department of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University. My research interests include observational studies of photodissociation regions and the development of spectroscopic instrumentation. I work with the JHU Sounding Rocket Group which designs and builds rocket-borne instruments to study a wide variety of astronomical objects including starburst galaxies, hot stars and nebulae, planets, and comets. I also study the properties of dust and molecular hydrogen in the diffuse interstellar medium and emission/reflection/ planetary nebulae as a guest investigator with FUSE and Spitzer.
