This holiday season, Em and I eshewed the relative safety of (formerly) Blue West Virginia for Red North Carolina, spending Christmas, a portion of Hanukkah, and New Years in Oriental. We did some boating, some buying of christmas decorations at CVS, and some rescuing of the most adorable stray dog on the planet. Bongo made the journey back to WV, where he has a happy home with a big yard and other doggy buddies.
