Gerard A. Kriss is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the Johns Hopkins University. He is also an Associate Astronomer at the Space Telescope Science Institute, where he is the Lead Instrument Scientist for the James Webb Space Telescope. His primary research interests are extragalactic observational astronomy, particularly quasars, active galaxies, and the intergalactic medium, and space instrumentation. | |
