The management structure for the MACS project is described in this

Broholm. The main project participants at the NCNR and JHU are listed below.
The Instrument Development Group at the
Johns Hopkins University built the doubly focusing monochromator for MACS and
continues to be closely involved in the project. It is also a pleasure to
acknowledge the important and ongoing contributions to MACS by Christoph
Brocker, Steve Conard, J. M. Rowe, J. J. Rush, Yiming Qiu, and Igor
Zaliznyak.
