And this is another view of (the back of) the Capitol building, standing on the steps of the Library of Congress. You can see there's tons of construction/landscaping work going on, which is supposed to finish up sometime "early 2005" (yeah right). Incidentally, you can also see the two American flags hosted on the roof on the building; the one on the left shows that the House is in session, the one on the right shows the Senate is in session.   (19/58)
