Exam 1 Tuesday, March 13, 8-9 am.
15%.
Exam 2 Tuesday, April 17, 8-9 am.
15%.
Final Friday, May 11, 9am - 12 noon.
40%.
All exams should be written in pen (non-erasable).
It is your responsibility to bring and use a pen during exams. If you don't
use a pen, or if the exam has been altered in any way, you cannot have
a re-grade.
Please note that we are unable to give makeup exams. If you have to miss an exam because of a medically certified illness, allowance will be made for that fact when your final grade is determined.
Hourly exams will be returned to you the following week after the test. If you have any questions about your grade, please, discuss it first with your TA. If the two of you cannot reach an agreement, write down your questions on the back of the blue book and return it to your TA when your section meets the next time. He/she will discuss the matter with Leslie Hebb, the graduate student who graded the problem, and Professor Barnett, and we will make a decision based on that discussion. However, please, discuss any such matter within two weeks after the exam in question. It is just not practical to return to the grading of an exam several weeks after it was given.
Old Exams are available for review.
