Some people have reported problems using the templates on machines
other than Unix boxes, in particular linux machines.  The problem has been trace
(by Pat Romano <promano@astronomy.ohio-state.edu>) to differences in the ordering of the bytes.  Pat has kindly provided byte swapped templates in a tar file that I have placed in this directory.  It can also be downloaded directly
from Pat's ftp site at

She has also provided the idl code that was used to perform the byte swap.
